How MayanKey Gets Paid

Management Fee25%

Covers all property management services including listing optimization, guest communication, check-in coordination, maintenance oversight, and monthly reporting.

Platform Commission~10%

Fees charged by booking platforms (Airbnb, Vrbo, Booking.com) on each reservation. Varies by platform.

Cleaning FeePass-through

Charged to guests and passed directly to our vetted cleaning partners. You do not pay this — guests do.

Owner Net Revenue~65%

What you take home after all fees. Our goal is to maximize this number through dynamic pricing and occupancy optimization.
